Bunnings Blacktown

Just another day at Bunnings, you know what you get, helpful and pleasant people and goods at affordable prices.

Went there to book a van cause we were moving furniture. The place wasn't organised very well. I was directed to the wrong place cause it turned out my van was outside. The customer service sucked. They didn't care about the customer. They were just chatting it up between themselves. I asked if I could get my 200 back quite politely and they replied with one heck of an attitude "just give me a minute *sigh*". Trust Blacktown to disappoint everyone. The van was nice though so that earned it some stars. All the customer service that wasn't at the trade & timber section was nice too.

I love bunnings, probably more than I should. I know you need the stuff, but you always come out of the store spending more than you did originally. Obviously it's not the reason for my score. But I really think they need to calm down with the hellos or at least come up with a different strategy, just because you walk past the person doesn't mean you need to say hi.

There is one lady that works at the counter near the boom gate, she always appears arrogant and comes across as a little on edge but then she twists the whole thing at the end and plays a very positive person game to end the transaction, really strange lol the only way I can think of it is like this, she hates you and then at the end she loves you, she puts on a smile and funny humour but to be honest it just appears fake. If you don't like working at bunnings just leave.

Awesome visit. Great place to enjoy coffee cake lunch. Friendly place for children top shopping experience.

No words are good enough to rate bunnings. Great staff with knowledge. Ample stock for both tradie and handyman. 10/10

The Gentleman at the lawn care section was helpful and extremely friendly. I noticed it was not only with selected people. It was genuine customer service to all by this gentleman. I tried getting his name without him noticing but he was so passionate about his job in explaining, I assumed it hid his name badge. I just wanted to buy more just because of his attitude. I have had nightmarish experience in Bunnings before. Staff used to walk past me without an acknowledgement, and some were selective in who they served. This is a revelation. Mind you, I have noticed this excellent change in Bunningd recently.

Customer service unhelpful. Went to Mitre 10 across the road and they helped me find exactly what I needed.
