Bunnings Dubbo

As always love it could stay all day and still not se it all staff awesome

The customer service over the phone at Dubbo Bunnings is terrible!!! Every time I have rang, (which is at least 4 times a month as we have a trade account with them) I was spoken to rudely and bluntly and I felt like they did not want to deal with my phone call, which isn't a difficult one. All I ask is to be transferred to Trade Accounts & they seem to get agitated over that.

Some confusion about an order that i had placed over a week ago. Staff not sure initially ehere it eas up to. Also items located on line previously, advised that hardware was part of item( table legs mounting plates) staff stated this was not the case . No stock on shelf so mounting plates needed to be ordered delaying my project !!

Good place to get what you need but staffing needs to be better managed weekend's and public holidays are a killer long waits and no so called expert help at counters when you need it.
