Bunnings Glendale

Some times I may ask a question just to see if staff is well informed or not (I usually get my answers before going there from someone who knows anyways) and many a time they don't have a clue, then I say thank you and keep going with my searching. They should be humble and honest enough to admit they don't know and say something like "just give me a moment, I'll find out for you", that's it!. They're friendly and polite though.
As for the new place and the ample range, is good.

Yesterday's visit was terrible. Waited ten minutes trying to get some attention, waving arms & "excusing me". Eventually had to stop Bunnings people & ask & was directed to an aisle. Walked that aisle & two adjacent ailes couldn't find it. In all I asked 5 different people about birdbath in the catalogue. NO ONE actually helped. I walked those 3 aisles 3 times but no sign of birdbath & no help.
Today I had to exchange something - lovely service. Went looking for something I'd seen on TV so asked at Trade desk. Very cooperative, helpful & persistent young man & very apologetic when we couldn't find it. Directed me to the section in case I saw something alternate. Met another very pleasant, cooperative & helpful young man.
So, depends on the day I guess but helps if know what you want.

It's relaxing going to these stores especially when renovating. The only downside is you find lots of things you might need. The staff are always friendly and polite. You have to know when to go and get heaps of bargins.

We go every third for mums n bubs. Such a great idea.

I almost always spend money when I / hubby visit Bunnings. Staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. Staff seem happy and friendly, always acknowledge you even if they are not dealing with you. Store is well laid out, clear walkways.
Prices are competitive and there are options.
