Bunnings Lake Haven

We like this Bunnings (actually we like all Bunnings); but this one is one of our favorites because of its underground parking area...car stays cool and the lift is available for easy loading.

Bought a ryobi lawn mower for 400 at a different bunnings in a different state and mower broke they were more than happy to replace with receipt of course thank you

Honestly a best job ever, Staff are nice and everything, I’m glad I work here

Except having to grab trolleys from people who don’t place them in Trolley bays, drives me nuts

We are having a full new kitchen done by Bunnings which arrived on palates and placed expertly in a small space by our house.Two members of Lakehaven staff arrived soon after,unpacked everything and carried them into the house.We were very impressed with their efficiency and friendliness.

Around 11am Saturday morning! What a nightmare parking.Got to the garden entrance they had NO trolleys. Walked to the main entrance then back to the garden centre, could not find aquatic plants, no sign. Finally found 1 person serving, delightful mature lady, and bought the plants. As the queue had a least 20 people waiting to be served, I again walked to the main entrance, just as well I am fit! I asked the young girl serving me if she could contact the manager, we have several but the name of the manager for the gardening division was beyond her as was 3 other 16 year old girls who seemed to know very little and looked at me as though I was a foreign object. Too many staff too busy asking "How are You" instead of getting on with it. I am not normally annoyed but what a stressful experience Bunnings was this morning and like most Aussies I love Bunnings.

Staff friendly and efficient, stock control as lots of items not in stock, need to go to Wyong to get stuff.

Absolutely a shocker to park. As soon as you enter you cross the entry and exit of the building giving way to pedestrians. Then all the way rhe same to the main entrance. How designs these places . Absolutely not safe.

We came in through the garden section and the plants and displays there were great. The plants looked so healthy and the displays were well planned. When we walked around the staff were very helpful - one female staff member was obviously on her way home or out to lunch with her handbag over her shoulder yet she saw us unsure of where to go and stopped and asked could she help and gave us the directions and assistance we needed. This is so refreshing in today's world.

Great store. Plenty of products. Staff are very helpful. Product stock lists should be updated a bit more, but over all pretty good

Rubbish range and quality of materials, and a bunch of staff who have no idea what they're talking about. Fine for the DIY crowd who have a lot of time to waste, but why any professional would bother with this place for proper building materials is beyond me.

I've shopped here for years now and for the most part they are a good hardware super store which is how I am rating them. I've had good and bad experiences here.

If I was to compare to the time and advice offered at smaller hardware stores with the full service experience I would give a lower rating. But if you know what you're looking for or only need basic advice then Bunnings have a good range.
