It's an average bunnings store. Often low or out of stock. Lots of people asking you if you need help with no idea of actually how to help. Pushy annoying staff in the tool area. Very slow checkout speed. Pricing if you shop around not hard to beat.

Great service asked soon as i walked in a isle of i needed help, which i did and gave me what i was looking for right away.

I travelled 34 km from Picton to purchase a couple if lengths of plastic guttering and the bitts required to fit it, only to be told they didn't have the left or right end stops. This means I now have to travel another 30 km to either Narellen or Campbelltown. NOT HAPPY!

Bunnings is bunnings. They have heaps of stuff, the prices are are OK and usually you can find someone

Poor customer service. I don't want pointless conversation as I walk in, I want staff that know where to find stock and have at least some knowledge of general construction materials.
Frustrating trade desk.
Useless phone number as it's rarely answered and if so only after 5-10 min on hold, only to have incompetent staff transfer you from department to department.

Helpful staff who goes beyond the call of duty to assist & guide customers.
