Helpful staff, and all on one level for easy access. Plenty of parking. Next door to McDonalds is a big plus too. Only downside is that we visited on a Monday morning and there was no sausage sizzle, however they covered for this slight inconvenience with sausage rolls in the trade area. All in all, a fantastic experience, and what a way to start the week.

Really friendly staff specially James and ice cube and the other guy with tattoo , I made a drawer for my Van and these guys there were so helpful

I am a senior citizen.
I bumped into Chris from the garden section while shopping to fill 3 very large pots.
In 30 seconds he had the correct soils & amount worked out.
Chris took me to the products, loaded it all on my trolly, pushed it to the check out then loaded it all in my car.
~☆~ Who would have thought you could get such lovely service with a smile.
~☆~I felt like I was back at the rural store I miss so much.

Having recently lost my husband i found bunnings very helpful to a lone women. I'm 68 and never dealt with this store before. Thanks to staff i get plenty of advise and help

Because Bunnings. But also lots of parking, large Warehouse store, helpful staff, great great paint shop team, good garden section and trade section all undercover with vehicle access to bulk and large goods like timber via car park front entrance

Huge warehouse with lots and lots of variety stock.. Entrance was a bit confusing but has got lots of parking space.. The staffs were good and friendly, but they couldn't help me much in selecting the stuff I wanted, hence 4 stars...

Huge selection, staff are knowledgeable and happy to assist. It's rare they don't have what I am looking for but if it is required the orders desk will happily get what I need. The nursery in particular is very well maintained. A+

The store is fine. Service is terrible. There are more than 5 or so workers walking around and the teenage entrance security girl that checked my receipt is a joke. Get on a register, your not securing anything. Wall Mart Yankee business model. The self serve registers are never used i had to wait in a single lane for 20 minutes. I purchased a tube of Tarzan grip, I was still checked on the way out. Ridiculous. Just jump on a register. No one's stealing anything.

It was very well designed, layout quite good.
The young man at the door was polite and thorough, and the two men in the tool shop were kind of helpful. They could of been more helpful as there was 2 of them and not enough customers in their section to stop them from giving premium service.

Great place to spend new year's eve. Or at least that's what I thought... I had people coming around for a bbq and some beers so I got there early to reserve the best outdoor furnuture and bbq.

Problems:
1. They wouldn't let me light the bbq
2. They had a no alcohol policy in store
3. People kept coming over and sitting with us, i had to tell and old lady to beat it
4. They closed at 7pm LAME

Bought 16 rolls of turf only to be told to load it, I'm a 57 year old female! at the end the girl who chatted to the girl on The register watching as I loaded my CRV came over making sure I didn't
knock off any, with that a lady equal in age approached and asked for two rolls and then said she wanted to have someone load it in her car, which wasn't a problem the worker answered me with "I looked capable" when I complained! Having said that I rang the manager who was horrified at the staffs lack of help.

Poor Service & Poor management.
All I wanted was simple Grass delivery.
Called them , made me go there to place an order and once I got there
They said they can't take my order I will have to ring them next day to place an order and when I called they said sorry "can't help you" Don't call back because we don't care.

Staff recommend products they don't actually know really well. Some staff members here are a bit snappy. Some are really great too but generally speaking the lack of knowledge in this place is pretty bad.
