The only thing I didn’t like was being called Honey by one of the young staff. I think this is very degrading. Otherwise I find the staff very helpful and it is a very pleasant experience.

Was a great experience the store was clean and set out in a way that made it easy to find things, staff were welcoming and helpful.

Decent service. Its a maze but all bunnings are. Always a bbq. Nice staff.

All I have to say it would be nice if cars are screened to use the drive-thru service, I only use it when I need to pick up bulky items and need the trailer. It is really annoying when people take up the parking and only buy a box of nails. Other Bunning screen the entry ???

Typically of Bunnings, it's a busy place. The staff are friendly and helpful. Loads of stock and, if they don't have what you need, the special orders desk will get it in for you. Exchanges, refunds and warranty claims are all handled efficiently without question.

Great place to buy everything you need for your home and garden. Love bunnings

They need to have the cash registers in sync with their stock as I have been there several times and paid for timber from the timber yard then gone out to the timber yard and wait 20 to 30 minutes to get it loaded buy forklift onto my ute only to find out that they have none in stock.
Why not tell people when they go to pay for items that it is not in stock before they go to get it loaded.
Total and utter waste of time

Staff are really friendly. Kids like the play area. They are moving to the old Masters site in Albion Park... and will soon be bigger and better. Including a proper cafe with plumbed water!

A big shout out to Robert and Di from the outdoor dept. They were incredibly helpful today. Very many thanks to them both.

Good variety, great snags

Always has stock but staff is very unhelpful they like to stand there and point to where you need to go not actually take you there and explain different things about the product and it's applications
