Bunnings Tuggerah

Bunnings Tuggerah is a pretty awesome place to go on a date with your wife. The staff are always great, especially Geoff in the tool shop.

The staff at Bunning Tuggerah went above and beyond to assist me with my needs and had great product knowledge

Went to buy some storage bins. None on floor but some up high, offered to take them down overnight but took forever to actually offer this. If the girl assisting us was more disinterested she would have been asleep.

Bunnings is a great place to shop fpr home products, and for renovation needs. I shop there quuite often. If you can find someone to help you, and finding sobmeone is the problem, they are more than helpful and polite

We took our Granddaughter to the nursery section if the Tuggerah store Sunday afternoon around 3..she was having a wonderful time selecting plants for her own little garden.There were 2 sleepers standing in there side together near a tall plant stand they looked like they were joined to the stand I myself stood on them to see prices higher up,then NY Granddaughter stood on them and they flipped over as they were not secured to anything jamming her big toe and causing a lot of pain.The older Lady on the dioor if the nursery section was only concerned about the sleepers falling over and stood them back up so some one else could do the same.She was RUDE,OHS if a safety hazard is identified it should be rectified so it dies not happen again and this was the reason we were telling her.. This went straight over the top and she was just plain RUDE...won't ho to that store again..unless it is to lodge formal complaint which I think I will so mad at her rudeness.

Staff friendly and helpful,being a larger store plenty of stock is carried.

Sometimes I go here just for the Sausages on the weekend. I usually end up buying bits and pieces and have never had bad service or advice from them. There's always someone about asking if you want help, and always seem to know where the purple thingame that attaches to the whatsit in the back end of the dooveyhicky is located. Amazing!

As a builder, the items we use a lot of, are quite often out of stock. The ordering procedure could use a review in my opinion.
There have been times I have asked where a certain item is (which I know they carry and have purchased before at another store) usually the older clerks if they don't know where it is,will find out. I have had young staff tell me they do not carry the product, and through further searching have found it myself.
I have raided these issues with managers on occasion, but little has changed.
The power pass discount 5%, is almost an insult. Typically elsewhere the trade prices are 10 - 15% off retail. I seldom order bulk purchases from here, as the timber yards honour bulk orders with actual trade pricing.
Otherwise, I use them regularly because of convenience and they suit the purpose.
