Staff are friendly and helpful, though store seems to carry very limited stock range compared to what is on the website.

Very small. Would recommend going the one at Balgowlah for anything more then 1 or 2 basic items.

Terrible customer service and incorrect trading times advertised.
I was there 8 minutes before closing, told them I'd be very quick, but immediately their staff started pestering and pressuring me to leave, telling me they were closing. I was out the store 2 minutes before their official trading times closed. Not wanting to trade during your official trading hours is a classic case of poor customer service. You should appreciate your customers more!

Good but for more variety go to Balgowlah or Belrose bunnings.
