Very professional team, informative of treatment helpful and caring
Beware of this dental practice. They claim to be up-to-date with the latest in dentistry, but that only involves drilling, filling, or extracting. They have no knowledge of preventative dentistry - where the effort is in providing treatments while keeping the tructure of teeth where possible. And I can confirm other people's remarks that they like to provide treatments tied-over several appointments to get you used to coming back, and are keen on making money from unnecessary procedures.
Complete waste of money. Went to see dr moffet for the 6 month smile procedure, had to get multiple x-rays to see if i was suitable for it. Paid $200 for x-rays only to be told that i wasn't suitable for the procedure because I had a cross bite. I then went to a different dentist to get a free consultation for invisalign, he checked my teeth and was instantly able to advise me of my situation. Not sure as to why it costed $200 to be advised of something that have been deduced in seconds.
Had also got fillings done here and was charged $800 because i was under local anesthetics. Understand that it could get expensive due to this, but why couldn't they at least informe of the price before it was done. Just a ridiculous waste of money, this is also bearing in mind that I have private health cover.
