Worst customer service seriously. The employee was so rude for example i asked him a question he looks away when he talks??? One word responses, it was like he hates his work. Something wrong with the guy. The brand is nice but employee was bad

Sunday afternoon and they have us waiting for 10 minutes on a queue in the external vestibule that wreaks of urine. Horrible on mulitple accounts. Why don't they clean the urine off? Why do they have customers standing in a room that stinks of urine when they can have us wait in the internal foyer!

Today i came to the store and i suppose to collect my order m. Before i came to store i have checked the teading hour and the store will be closed at 7PM but when i arrived at 6:00 the store is already closed and the manager wont responsible for any issue. Most of customer also waiting for thier collecting order. When i contact tonone of the store member they also didnt answer the phone. This is a very terrible service i have ever met before and wont able to look for thst brand again.
