A friend from my church recommended to me to see Emma Mead as I was involved in a car accident in 2015.
For the first time I met Emma and her team, I found them to be delightful and I was always greeted with a smile. Even if I was having a shocking day, I would feel uplifted with a pep in my step!
I found Emma to be extremely sensible, practical, realistic, genuine and compassionate which is very rare these days.
( I have been to a couple of lawyers in the past. Emma is certainly the Best! ) I would recommend Emma for anyone who is looking for a great lawyer - you wont be disappointed!

Well what can I say; before Emma Mead took my workers comp case, my doctor was very frustrated with the Sydney firm that was handling it. My case was collecting cobwebs and without a good lawyer fighting for me my former employer took advantage by refusing to pay for my badly needed spinal fusion surgery. I was stuck in limbo with constant pain and walking like frankenstein. My doctor after being hanged up on while enquiringly why was nothing being done legally to help me he strongly recommended I give another firm a try. I didn't take too much convincing so I rang. Before I knew it I was in the office of Burke n Mead meeting Emma Mead .Straight away I knew I was in good hands. Emma mapped out the strategy which would lead to the doctors finally being able to operate on my back. It wasn't long before I was receiving my pay again and got my operation. So if you are having any issues like I had I cannot recommend this firm enough . Emma mead is a great fighter to have on your side her understudy James Bartley did a great job to always ready to listen and advise me whenever needed. Plus Emma's paralegal secretary. Alana was always a pleasure to talk to about my case, she will make a good lawyer one day. If it wasn't for that first phone call to Burke n Mead Lawyers my health and financial situation would be still in limbo
but thanks to me making that phone call, I now own my house and my back is well enough to let me be an Uber driver. So if its a law firm you need make sure you ring Burke n Mead.

I was recommended this firm by my surgeon after my workcover claim was denied. All the staff I encountered were wonderfully helpful and supportive throughout the dispute process, however it was Karlo who I dealt with the most who I have the most praise for. He was very helpful throughout the process answering all of my questions, and ensuring that everything went smoothly. I couldn't be happier.
