Some of the dishes came out like warm. The potatoes were hot. I guess the meals were sitting waiting for the potatoes and had cooled down in the meantime.

It's a nice brunch spot with good food, friendly staff, beautiful view and great ambience. They also have a cute gift shop inside. This place is great for an afternoon tea too.

User

Great food. Amazing location. It’s the old golf house and has lovely wrap around verandas. Don’t visit the gift shop if you don’t want to be tempted!

Nice views, but there is clear plastic drape over the windows so the view is less clear than it could be. Food is nice, but overpriced. Other fine dining restaurants offer a better all round experience. Nearby Middle head forts are worth a visit, especially if you have kids or enjoy 500m bush walks.

Food was good without being great. Views are fabulous although now partially obscured by the grand trees that rise up from the waterfront below. Atmosphere on the balcony with a full restaurant was great and the staff were highly efficient at making sure our needs were met, without being intrusive.

User

Food tastes like it had been prepared the day before. Dry pancakes and plain bruschetta, coffee was late and didn't taste great. Nice view and good service though.

User

Beautiful setting and views. Very tasty food. Friendly service.

Didn't know about this place until we went here for a wedding on Sunday. The location is unbelievable. The food is good too

User

Food was average but very expensive. Service was pretty bad as well the food took ages to all come out. Great views though over the harbour.

I always love it here. We went late in the afternoon, so received great service, excellent afternoon tea and we weren't hurried out or made to feel like we'd stayed too long. When it was time to close the staff were courteous and friendly. The coffee is always amazing.

Burnt Orange has earned it's place as a breakfast center of Mosman. Well located on the harbour foreshore, the restaurant offers great views on the front balcony.

The menu has a large range of dishes and a good variety. The food is pretty good value for money considering serving sizes, especially for an upscale place. When we went, notable dishes were the Eggs Benedict and the Buttermilk Pancakes, which were fluffy and surprisingly delicious with both the bacon or strawberries.

The service here is always friendly and efficient, special shoutout to our lovely waitress Dom for the last time we went.

A well earned 4/5, burnt orange is a great option for both a catch-up with a friend or a special occasion with family.

An absolutely beautiful Cafe in the most lovely setting with amazing views of the harbour. The food is really nice and you can't go wrong with anything on their menu. There's a kids menu so makes it easy for fussy eaters. The staff are very friendly and good with their service. The only thing that I was a bit disappointed by was with the coffee quality. Highly recommend brunt orange and a great place for a long lunch.

User

Just finished lunch here, very underwhelming service. Signature fish pie was clearly reheated and very stodgy. Lamb dish was good. Vegetarian antipasto was ok too.

Burnt Orange is a beautiful place in a beautiful location but you have to pay the price to dine here.

In my last visit I ordered the breakfast pancakes with a side of scrambled eggs - and the side of scrambled eggs costed a total of $12. I thought this was over the top and Burnt Orange should consider re evaluating their pricing because I don't think I will be rushing to go back any time soon.
