Burwood Court House

If I could give them 0 stars that's what they deserve! There was 6 people waiting and they where sitting at the desk not serving a single person, and this one lady went to ask a question and staff member put her hand up and yelled at the woman I'm in the middle of something get a ticket in the rudest tone! I was appalled at the kind of attitude this woman had, she is in the field of customer service! A little kindness would not kill you!! All I needed to do was get an application signed and I was there for 1 hour and a half, with only 6 people in front of me! Slow, rude and incompetent!!!!

No problem with the police officers at the front entry they were kind and helpful.
