Burwood Deluxe Car Wash

I should have read the reviews. I also wish I could give no stars. Bought the $45 clean. Was firstly promised one then two hours. I waited for them to finish my little RAV for 3 hours! I came in to find a really poor job done. Nothing cleaned properly. They vacuumed a little but didn't move anything. They didn't even take the mats off. Also I'm 99% sure they stole coins from my cars coin drawer. Really disappointing. Still, I'm grateful they didn't break anything in my car or scratch it like some other reviews! That's shocking. Bbooooo to Luxe 👎🏻

Prefer no star at all but however it is still cheap but you get what you paid for plus extra headaches from the staffs there. Told 45 mins wait but as soon as I mentioned about the online voucher I got told 4 hours wait. Car wasn't clean. Damages. Worst customer service ever seen. Walked away from customers not taking any complaints. Rude. Highly not recommended even for a free wash. Preferably shut it down.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!!!
Just damaged my car broke the roof clip! They tried telling me it was already missing then found the broken pieces on the ground then he walked off ripped the part off another car in the car wash and tried fitting it to my car the colour wasn't even the same as my car nor did it fit he then proceeded to try and use a spray can to paint it!
My car is now DAMAGED and has a hole in the roof where the part is missing!!!!

Worst car service ever!!! Never go there! Not only lost my iPod cable with iphone7 extension and I found my car badly scratch today! They didn't do anything to take responsibility to fix my car! Bastard!! Seriously your car not worth to go there, better fine a better service with a little more pay. Good luck for their reputation!

Worst car wash in Sydney. If you want to damage your expensive car, you can ask these people to do best for you. No respect to you or your car. Hopeless service. I saw 2 accidents and damages to car while sitting there and waiting. Please don' use this Business's services. They need to be shutdown to stop ripping of people and damaging their valuable cars.

I wish I could give them no ratings because they dont deserve it. A place run by arrogant people. Customer Service is below standard, all they are interested is money. Damaged my car too. If anyone who loves their car please do not go. This place should be shut down. If you buy a car wash deal via any site, then straight away your car is not given any priority and the wait is almost half a day. In short, waste of money and time.

Better than auto wash. Don't expect a nice thorough clean. Only good for basic wash. I would be wary about washing new cars here. Don't expect customer service. You got exactly what you paid for.

Rude & Hopeless ! Do not waste $$$$

These guys r totally hopeless . Actually my day was totally ruined by these guys. Recently got a second hand car for my partner and wanted to present it to her in good shape. The car was only 3 years old and no complaints with the paint job . So I got a $39 coupon from Scoopon for interior + exterior + wax n polish .

I left my car with these guys and they asked me to come back in 2 hours . I went back and there was no one to guide . I had to find my car myself and the keys were already in there . Nothing was done on the interior apart from Vaccum. Jus a exterior spray wash on the outside . I would have done a very decent job better than these guys . When I mentioned about the poor job they said I had to get premium paint protection on the car . They were too rude . So please STaY Away from these Jerks ! DO NOT WASTE UR $$

Good reasonably priced

Bad service, I left the car with them for 1.5hrs, and I left the phone inside the central cabin. then STOLEN. The police now get into it. DONT GO!!

Car was suposed to be polished still had dirt on it
Inside car was worse than it was before plus they scratched the door when i tried to talk to manager about it he was verry rude about it
