Burwood Road Medical Centre

Worst experience! DO NOT RECOMMEND. GO SEE THE OTHER DOCTORS IN BURWOOD. Went in at 1pm, was told there would be a 2 hour wait - That is completely fine, I understand that there can be busy periods. The receptionist told me to come back at 5pm, stating that it is usually the time that they are more quiet. Upon coming back at 5pm, she told me that the doctor is refusing to see more patients. This is also upon a 6pm closing time. Completely ridiculous.

When it's not busy it's fine but Jesus Christ, I was told on the phone to just walk in and it wasn't busy. Was third in line for a specific doctor, who sat there with no patient for 20 minutes, left, Came back after 15 had to wait again. People around me all as impatient as myself. The service was quick and efficient once I was seen but good grief it's now been 1.5 hours and I'm waiting to even be able to hand my sample in.

don't recommend this center at all. One of the female doctors is so arrogant and impatient.

Very friendly reception staff.A great team of Dr's available. Especially Dr Margaret Hislop who is immensely knowledgeable, expert and professional in combination with a genuine warmth, caring and compassion for her patients. Often a long wait however despite making an appointment

They are not polite and they charge you more！

Horrible staff in person and on the phone. They're not willing to help anyone and they just turns you away.

Doctor is not bad, but the receptions are careless and rude. They forgot to fax my referral letter to my specialist as promised. I asked them to send me another copy to my email so that I can bring it to my specialist in person. They refused to do so and insisted that I need to come back to see the doctor again. I have moved far away from Burwood, it is very inconvenient for me to go back. I don't understand why I have to go back all the way to fix the mistake they did. All they want is to get another rebate from government.

Good team of doctors but you have to wait foreverrrr to see them.....
