Stopped here on the way back to Sydney. Ordered a steak sandwich and a veggie burger. It took 45 minutes for the food to be ready on a very quiet day. We were also given a buzzer which also didn’t go off. Never coming back again.
I was with a group of cyclists overnighting in Collector. The Bushranger Pub had nice cold beer, a reasonable wine menu, and the pizzas replenished our carbo depleted bodies. The optional cooked breakfast that our hosts provided was an added bonus. The rooms were a bit basic, but the hospitality provided by our hosts and their dog, Rosie, made it a good stay.
Value for money, cool historical decoration and great people.
