Excellent and professional service with nice and friendly staff. Andrew pays high attention to details with his job, good communication especially he had gone through with us about the whole process before starting his job. We mentioned about our concern since it is a two bedroom unit with two cats, the cat furs were everywhere. Andrew tackled with this problem very well and did the best he can to make our carpet much more cleaner and look like new. Used Butler carpet cleaning to clean our 2 bedroom unit. Super friendly and professional service Andrew did a great job. Carpet came up as new, had a few stains, that have been totally removed. Carpet looks as new. Well done and will definitely use and recommend Butler Carpet cleaning again.

A big thank you to Sean and Oliver from Butler Carpet Cleaning for working their magic on our carpet and bathroom tiles which were looking a little tired and in need of some TLC. Not only were they wonderfully polite and friendly, but we were very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Our carpet looks totally refreshed and the bathroom tiles are sparkling - particularly the grouting as they were able to remove the residual staining from a fake tan spray. Excellent and professional service. I have used Butler for over 15 years, and after going through a stretch of hit & miss staff, they are back to being the best carpet cleaners in Sydney. Especially loved Charlie - very professional, obviously very proud of his job, and happy to keep trying to get a stubborn stain out, no matter how long it takes.
