I have never been so disgusted with the quality of flowers that were delivered to me for my birthday from this florist!

From the moment I received the flowers I was immediately disappointed to see my pink roses looked sunburned and 3/4 open already!

My first thought was these flowers had been in the shop for a week already!

After speaking to my daughter I took these flowers back to the shop the next day, which was Vallentines Day.

Mel (Business Owner) words were;
they are exactly what was ordered.

I then pointed to the same arrangement on the counter which were for Valentine's Day and said look how tight those roses are!

Mel said thats because they're red and yours are pink.

OMG I said it shouldn't make a difference what colour they are if your ordering FRESH roses!!!!

So I said to Mel; so your not going to do anything about these? She said no they are as per order....

How appalling!!!
