BYA Fitness run a range of Bootcamps classes such as athletic enhancement, boxing, HIIT, general fitness, weight loss, muscle gain etc. Bootcamp sessions are run for kids aged 5 to adults. BYA help individuals just beginning their fitness journey as well
Bya Fitness Description
YOUTH ATHLETE PROGRAM:
Based in Australia, Building Young Achievers provides an approach to training which pushes its members to the absolute limit, physically and mentally.
Workouts range from 45 minutes to 1 hour at high intensity. The training styles used combine the use of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, Functional Training and incorporate sport specific skills to further enhance athleticism.
BYA also runs a sport specific class for Rugby League (League Skills).
BYA is run by committed fitness professionals with a sporting background, providing aspiring athletes with the best opportunity to make it to an elite level. Workouts are focused on building speed, agility, strength, power, endurance and mobility, enabling individuals to reach their full athletic potential.
