Cathy - I have been working in Dental for over 35 years, in both small private practice and larger dental centres. I have also been a TAFE teacher, teaching Cert III Dental and also Cert IV Dental Assisting in Radiography, Oral Health and Anaesthesia and Sedation. The last few years I have been doing presentations for the ADA NSW Centre for professional development, presenting Infection Control, Four handed for the dental team and Policy writing. Last year we starting do in house training, this enabled us to tailor the training to what the dental practice needs.

Lyn - I have been working in dental for over 30 years, mainly in large health fund centres, working in a senior role in particular in training staff in four handed procedures and ensuring up to date infection control procedures and knowledge for all staff, including being actively involved in the accreditation process. I also teach currently in Practice Managemnet and Certificate III & IV dental assisting. Recently I have been presenting with the ADA and also carrying out training in dental practices.
