After a lifetime of loving chocolate with a slightly obsessive love, years making it for other people, and teaching hundreds, from chefs to chocolate lovers and kids how to temper their own, I decided it was time to strike out on my own and Cacaoette was born.

Cacaoette uses only organic chocolate, which is single origin and ethically produced while being the finest quality available.

All chocolate is hand made in small batches to ensure optimum freshness using the best ingredients available. I create a weekly menu featuring classics with a twist and fresh new flavours depending on season and inspiration.
