Great little cafe to have lunch after looking at the exhibits or even for a quick lunch stop if you are driving by. It's an old school cafe with a simple menu but with quite a few choices of sandwiches. We had the chicken schnitzel , chip and gravy, schnitzel sandwich and a beef pattie sandwich with salsa and sour cream. The chicken schnitzel was made fresh and who doesn't love chips and homemade gravy. Total comfort food! The sandwiches came with thick cut bread. Service was friendly and down to earth. The kids even got a free zooper dooper ice block. Prices are also reasonable. We will definitely stop here for lunch again on our future road trips.

Great food good prices. The staff are friendly and helpful. The Cafe was very busy but they still got my order out in good time.

Fantastic, an institution. Must-stop if you're on the way through. Wide selection of sandwiches and takeaway-style food as well as excellent milkshakes, all with a view of the nearby RAAF Base / airport.
