Cafe Frendz (Permanently Closed)

Sad but true. Now closed down.

nice garden setting somewhere u would not expect. great food and coffee

I ordered the cheese melt with sun dried tomatoes, eggplant, asparagus and capsicum. The asparagus they used was that soggy canned variety and the eggplant tasted like sponge. I didn't eat it all.

Also one of the waiters, some blonde kid, seemed to lack initiative. I had to ask him for a table when I first walked in, even though it wasn't busy and even though he saw me standing there waiting. I also had to ask him to collect my plate, even though it had been sitting there with my cutlery together for 20 mins.

My favourite coffee place when I'm not bothered to stress about a car parking space and the crowds in Chatswood. Mark is super friendly and the coffee and food are good too!
