Cafe Mosman

I went there with family as usual, for the first time on a Wednesday and i regretted the decicion.

Staff was young and clearly not job focused.
We took a seat on a very visible table and we didn't get any customer service for a good 20min. Eventually I went to pick up a menu, asked for the soup of the day and, If we could be served anytime soon.

the waitress brought us tap water, and had lipstick on.

I have to mention that food was great as always. Unfortunately the problem is that the whole experience was affected by the waitresses.

Bad service with a very rude staff.
Was told to wait outside of their cafe which was wrong. They just need to improve !!

Great staff and fresh food. The big handsome slim guy -Troy, is always happy, positive and welcoming to everyone. Love it!

Rude dismissive arrogant treatment by the manager over a bad avocado. Complaints are met with sarcasm and a bone-headed response

Nice location with great little quiet patio. Friendly staff.

One of the few cafès left making fresh and delish Hollandaise sauce... so I go for the eggs Benedict every time. Efficient and polite service and the coffee is solidly made, though working with a middle of the road bean. Not too busy weekday mornings so perfect for work related meetings etc.

Excellent food, friendly and helpful staff. The atmosphere is friendly and the facilities are clean. I would definitely recommend.
