UK cakies listen up! I'll be at the Renshaw Academy this October for two classes. They are both all cake in each class, and include my ganaching and sharp edges fondant techniques, internal structure, as well as stenciling with my Cake Craze stencils. You can book right now and read all about each class on their website. I will be at the Stitches & Craft Show this Thursday to Sunday at the Newcastle Entertainment Centre demonstrating and holding small classes each day.
