Cakes, cakes and cakes was developed out of a love for baking. My earliest childhood memories involve food. Sitting in my mother’s kitchen at her workplace eating cake, whilst watching her create something magical out of a handful of ingredients. Many of my recipes and baking styles are from my mum and grandmother.

We pride ourselves in using the highest quality ingredients in our Central Coast kitchen that is registered with the NSW food authority. We can also assist in developing product made without gluten, dairy or eggs. After being a Food safety manager for over 15 years owner operator Ilona has many years’ experience in allergen declarations and products.
