Wish I could give zero stars

My dress arrived a week and a half before the wedding (November 4th) when it was meant to be here in July and it was nothing like the dress I ordered the one I got was like a cheap version of what I wanted the issues were:
The wrong colour
The sleeves looked like cheap lacy bra straps
It had a hole in the front of it on the top layer
The whole skirt was not what I ordered
I didn't order a train and it had one like 2 meters long
The lace was like a cheap version of what I saw in the shop
I know this might seem nit picky but when you have to pay $2700 for a dress you'd want it to actually look like the one they sold you and arrive on time or at least with enough time to make alterations to fix issues
We had to drive to Sydney twice to have fittings as it arrived so late we didn't have time for it to be shipped to Newcastle and back and when we originally ordered our dress they put our wedding date down as October 7th so as far as their records show I got my dress weeks after the wedding

the bridesmaid dresses were meant to be here in September and were here the day before the wedding at 11am after I told them time and again we would have left for the venue by 9am
none of them fit correctly even though each girl paid extra for them to be fitted different sizes on the top and bottom so they would be a perfect fit all of them were meant to have hook and eyes on them and they had the hook but not the eye and the sashes were made with seam in the front of the dress which looked stupid

Through this whole process we stayed calm and no one was rude to them as we were worried we wouldn't get our outfits until two days before the wedding when they had lied to us every basically two days since July there were some strong words from our camp. However since July they were rude, condescending and just straight up lied to us day in and day out for no apparent reason.

Then two days after the wedding they demanded we pay a late fee for having hire suits back ONE day late
FYI the suits also were terrible fits and they boys would have looked better in a cheaper lowes suit

TL;DR honestly feels like calabro bridal are going out of their way to stress people out, be rude and incompetent -100/10 would NOT recommend

Very dissatisfied with my experience here. I went in to find a suit for my wedding. When i found something that I liked I was told it would be ready in 4 weeks and it took nearly 8 weeks. When my suit finally arrived, I went in to try it on. I wasn't greeted and I waited around for assistance while 2 sales staff were serving 1 customer. When I finally received assistance I was made to feel like an inconvenience. I asked a question about how the suit sat and whether it needed alterations and I was made to feel stupid. I will not be back, nor will I be recommending this place.

Bridal Store upstairs- Refreshing after dealing with the other stores in the area. Vera was patient but also critical in the best way possible. I didn't feel like I was dealing with a sales person but someone who really cared how I would feel on my wedding day. She was upfront with prices, expectations and many handy hints to help with the stress of the day.

I ordered a formal dress in June and was told it would arrive by mid August. I rang several times at the beginning of September and we were told they would ring us when it came in. The dress did not come in time for the formal and I had to spend more money on a new one. I rang the shop the next day and the dress supposedly had come in a week earlier. They claimed they rang me, but I checked my phone records and they hadn't, nor had they left a message. They put it back on us saying we should have rang them - we did at least four times. I've now been ripped off $239.50. Signing the contract was just an easy way for them to take our money without providing a service.

Can't deliver your orders on time with poor excuses. 3week order has taken 3 months and still not ready. Ties are made on the premises so not good enough ! Wedding this Friday and no ties!

This place is wonderful the staff are very nice and not pushy. They come up with beautiful one of a kind designs! The bridesmaids dresses were so beautiful and my mum's wedding dress was so elegant and traditional. The only downside is that it's quite pricey but its definitely worth the money.

Walked in with my sisters to find a veil to go with my wedding dress. From the moment we walked in, we were talked down to and made to feel like an inconvenience and stupid for not knowing exactly what veil I wanted. Walked across the road to Bellas and Beaux and were given excellent service, so friendly and helpful.
Being rude to customers who are willing to spend a bit of money isn't every smart when there are several bridal shops on that block.
Hopefully word of mouth will get around as my sisters and I have mentioned our experience to many people.

I come in a long time ago and I forgot about it they don't keep your measurement on file tho if I had to get a new dress

I had a fantastic experience at Calabro Bridal - the ladies were so lovely and helpful. They really listened to what a wanted and my bridesmaid dresses were just stunning. Everyone complimented on how beautiful they were. Go and see Sue and the girls - you will not regret it!
