Terrible service. Couldn't find my order after I paid for it and enquired 3 days later about a tracking number. Order hadn't even been sent. Been two weeks now since I first contacted them and still parts haven't arrived when they said I should have them in three days after breaking one of their struts in the front of my hilux. I won't be using them ever again.

Shocking customer service!, didnt want to know me when i tried claiming warranty, wouldn't answer or return my calls and just felt like they were giving me the run around. Highly recommended taking your money elsewhere.

My experience with caloff road was very disappointing. Service and the system supplied wasn't what I asked for. No refund either. Thumbs down for this company.
