Only one LPG pump for busy servo pretty ordinary. Asked if they sold headphones in the Caltex shop and the girl Danni firstly ignored me. then when i said excuse me for the second time looked down her nose at me and said "at counter "like i was suppose to know they were behind the counter behind the security fence and behind the cashier in the far right hand corner. Severe attitude problem. Hopefully she was having a bad day and not like it permanently. Either way I'll keep driving from now on. Plenty of other servos.

Thank you so much to Amanda who saved my boy's favourite stuffed doggy, Peter Stymes, from the roadside at the service centre. She was so helpful and kind, even letting Peter stay the night and watch the trucks. We are eternally grateful!

Not very helpful partner was running out of fuel and would not let me pay for fuel over the phone he would of got his money for friendly service and help worth the extra 5 min up the road at coles express lawson

This is the best petrol and convenience store I have ever come across, the buckets and sponge to clean your cars window are great, clean water with lots of bubbles and cans usually filled with water and if not the water tap is at one of the pumps. Staff are just the nicest to this makes a big difference as a return customer.

I didn't buy fuel. I wanted a coffee. From a machine (yes, I was desperate). No stirrers. No sugar. No cocoa powder for a cappuccino. And the smallest coffee costs $2.95. They need to up their game bigtime.

Started charging a Credit Card fee for Paywave with no advice/notices of the change, just their usual little credit card fee sign. Also, their frozen products have, on a number of occasions, been icy - a sign of defrost and refreeze.

I always come here for the atm only up the road from me and the only anz atm in Moorebank. Always clean and device is fast. In and out.

Friendly staff but off duty police officers create trouble if you happen to chat to attendants for more than five min. By calling the owner and getting employees in trouble.

The food and groceries are expensive here, Toilers were dirty. Staff here are not very pleasant.

I went there at 11.43 pm in Saturday night. The staff told me that only window is open bt I waited few min and saw he let other to enter the shop. It's total discrimination. I will complain further in fair trading regarding this matter.

Very pooly managed. Most of the time I go here the toilets are out of order or very dirty. The staff are not that friendly and are indifferent to customers. The food offer is very poor most of the time without any wraps or sandwiches available. I asked in the evening on one occasion how long had the hot food been in the warmer I was informed from the morning. Totally unacceptable.

1. Card charges are written on the pump DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF YOU ON THE PUMP so you can see them BEFORE you pick up the pump.
2. The franchisee makes 2.2 cents per litre NO MATTER WHAT THE PUMP PRICE IS. / Fuel cards and AMEX charge them 2.5 - 5 % per transaction. You do the maths.
3. Pump prices are dictated by the COMPANY.

Honestly, I cannot afford to buy fuel here. I find it's often much more expensive than other petrol stations in the areas

Petrol pump was out of calibration and displayed 41L of petrol, yet car has 38L tank.
Informed staff and was told "oh we just had it inspected but we will look into it" and then proceeded to still charge me for 41 litres.

The person in charge was so rude and insulting and her behaviour was awfully offensive , will never ever go there...

A standard caltex but staff / services can be a hit and miss, depends on the day/ time of your visits. Stocking is good they always have fresh milk and bread if you can't be bothered to hear to woollies

Usually on par for fuel prices in the area, but the staff are generally a bit rude.

I would not recommend to use this station !

Very unfriendly staff. When they clean the toilets they close them so they don't have to clean them again before their shift ends. But apart from this the site is clean in the store and on the forecourt. A well stocked store with a reasonable food offer but expensive.

A petrol station

Coogee is a bueatiful place! However around 11pm Caltex service attendant could be seen through drinks fridge,myself and 3other customers ,knocked trying to get service.We left unable to make purchases, 3others also walk away empty handed Quite FRUSTRATING and Inconvenient, to say the least

Very rude customer service. Pointing out that I was cleaning my car outside, that she had to wait for me. I was there only cleaning my windshield for 2 min. Doesn't appreciate that customers coming. Wonder is it too hard waiting for customers??

Quite a pleasant petrol/convenience store. It is a little bit expensive but the food and coffee were good. The staff were pleasant. And the toilets were clean.

Great service station, has car wash and air for tires, friendly staff, not to mention it is often one of the cheapest places to buy petrol (that is not an independent service station)

Staff here are not very friendly. They have a sign on the toilet door most of the time stating it is out of order. But it isn't I managed to gain access to it when the sign was on it and it wasn't out of order. Staff are too lazy to clean the toilet. So don't stop here if you need to go.

Bad customer service. Bought something and didn't give the change ( 5 cents ). I don't care about how much the change is but it's about my right, I don't usually take the cents but when you are trying to rip people off in this way coz it's a small change then you service is not trusted anymore. It's just ridiculous and again it's not about the 5 cents it's about your honesty. It would be my last time to visit this ****. BAD BAD BAD.
