Listen... It's a petrol station... What do you really expect? There are no gaping holes in the ground blocking your passage to the cash register, and isn't that just about all that most people care about?

Service so quick and professionally handled.

Lost my business because they lock the doors at 9pm and have a night window. Six other petrol stations within minutes all keep the doors open for you to buy snacks, drinks and supplies. Average score for price, location and quality.

Got in an argument with the owner when he parked across the customer parking spots blocking all cars in, he complained I had used the spot to go purchase kebabs next door, however i actually used the ATM inside the caltex. He refused to move his car even thought i advised him to check his cameras and he will see i just used the ATM. Once I informed him of that he begrudgingly moved his hilux so i could leave.

Was returning home late at night and wished to do some quick essentials shopping; milk, toiletries Etc. I was informed by a staff member that "policy had changed" and he would not let me in the store at night like I was some sort of criminal even though i had done so many times in the past. Alternatively he would collect the items and I would stand at the night counter... Instead of wasting time I drove 50m down the road to the Shell/Coles and got what I needed without issue. Great way to lose a customer without even letting them into the store. Rethink your policies Caltex.

I was here at 10pm, the guy kept yelling 'store is closing in 25 minutes' over the speakers, and wouldn't let me fill up the petrol.

Very poor service! I would have expected that a franchise operation would recognise the importance of good customer service. Don't bother trying to use a Woolworths Wish card, they refused to accept it despite being branded as a Woolworths facility. Very disappointed.

This is the first petrol station as you get off the Harbour Bridge going towards Manly it's always busy but it's got all the petrol choices food convenience store so it's not a bad choice

After having discovered and proved a double charge on my bank account these guys won't refund me unless I will go back to the petrol station.

Can be a real headache at busy times, try and avoid in the late afternoons.

Tonight's service was absolutely appalling! The attendant wouldn't get off his phone and refused to serve me because I changed my order and he didn't want to do more than one trip to the fridge. He was incredibly rude, which is unlike most of your staff. Caltex Rose Bay you just lost a loyal customer.

The best service in the existence of this earth, put this store in the history books immediately! The two lovely gentlemen that helped me and the boyz achieve absolute success and did it with an amazing smile. I would travel from mars to rosebay to get such amazing service. If I could rate them 138987/5 stars I most definitely would. I shall be pumping my car there every day.

People don't have a lot of expectations from a petrol station.. Pretty simple, smooth services, appropriate useful accessories to use. The guy there today at the service desk didn't really know much. Using a Woolworth 4c/l recipe, he needed to read the whole shopping list and check if there is any coupon sign at all. The window cleaning sponge was so dirty! How am I suppose to clean my windscreen? I won't insist to fill up here again.

Dear Caltex Woolworths,

I have been a customer for this petrol station for numerous years. Today on Sunday 16th of July at around 9:30pm. I entered the Gladesville Caltex Woolworth store and filled up my petrol as usual.

When I walked into the petrol station, the customer service representative was on his phone. I tried paying my fuel with my Woolworths gift card and the customer service representative said I was not allowed. I have used my woolworth gift card on several occasions. When I asked why, the service representative gave an answer "Because I said so". The gentleman was rood and as i left the store he was back on his phone.
I would like to inform you about this instance and the type of people you have in place to deliver exceptional customer service. I am very disappointed and I will use another petrol station instead.

I don't recommend his place as the staff says your card doesn't have any vouchers as mine did

Their card reader can never read my woolies card and hence i can never get my fuel discount. One time the guy just said i didn't have any fuel vouchers on my card until i checked out later at home and i indeed had several vouchers on the card. Because of these lies i strongly do not recommend this place if you have a fuel voucher on your card.

Airpump is always out of service. However, it is one of the most competitive prices for fuel around the area.

Worst service! Very rude staff, crap shop, false advertisement, the staff at work was VERY arrogant and aggressive, not willing to help but enjoyed argue with customers.

All other reviews good? This morning 28/2/17 I filled my vehicle with $250 of diesel served myself of course got dirty went to pay attendant, he never spoke. Maybe some training on how to greet CUSTOMERS, even a "high" might be nice?

Been to this petrol station twice in the past 2 weeks. Both time was served by an asian male staff with full grey hair who rudely treated me, though I had been polite to him. He was very friendly to white people, not to asian like me. Would avoid to visit again.

What can you say about a service station? This one is conveniently located and prices seem competitive to the locale. Staff are generally very good. I've been re-fueling here for a long time rand have never had any problems with fuel quality.

It's a standard petrol station. Not the most convenient to get into, but good service. Haven't had a bad experience here.

I prefer this pump as it is one of the few Woolworth operated fuel pump in the area. The reason I mention Woolworth operated is because it accepts the Woolworths eGift cards which I normally get for 5% off. In effect, I am able to fuel up at 5% discount.

Worst petrol station in Sydney. Tried to pay at pump and they wanted to charge me $100 minimum and keep it for 7 days before refunding it???
When I declined to give them an interest free loan for a week the attendant refused to let me pump petrol. Stared at me while I asked him to reset the meter and allow me to pump. Used to go here every week but will never again.

Small servo shop, albeit next to a Woolworths. Often queues to get petrol, nightmare to get out of in peak hour. Very large and dangerous potholes left by massive Woolworths trucks, which are either patched or not, depending on the day.
Apart from all this, when it's not busy, it's an easy petrol station to use, with a fair number of extended hose bowsers for the area, and the two access points and assigned petrol and parking lanes work well.

Always busy with huge queue of cars! The staff team is helpful and friendly, but do expect to wait a little! They have a brushy car wash station too!

I was warned by the Caltex employee through the announcer for using my phone while filling petrol. This is understandable as I was ignorant about the fact that using mobile phones is a hazardous act. But even after I put my phone down the aggressive employee still said "Yes, I talking to you there. Stop using your phone, it's dangerous." What's more, after I filled the petrol, I went into the cashier to pay, the employee said : "If you want to die, you can die, I don't want to die with you." OKAY, I understand I did something hazardous, but perhaps your company lack proper employee manner training in communicating with customers?

It is a petrol station. It is a woolies discount card one. But it is a bit more expensive than others because it is in the Upper North Shore and close to the motorway.

Today they wouldn't let me fill up my motorcycle with my open face helmet on. But i guess it's ok if i wear a burqa. No signage to say i can't. My understanding of the law is that i cannot enter the premises with a helmet on, doesn't say i can't fill my bike with one on! Girl behind the counter was unable to show me any documentation on the rules. Descriminatory & unAustralian. Bike is worth 30k plus, cameras everywhere. Why would i dodge a $15 petrol bill. Just stupid! I have my Burqa on order.

Forever long queue and signs aren't well set-up so cars come from all directions and jams up the tiny station. Staff tries hard but are frustrated with non stop customers... Just make sure you don't go at peak hours and you'll enjoy the experience.

Rude and arrogant - but the Regional Manager won't read this, or does and will ignore it.

So, there's a sign on the door that explains; after a certain time that you cannot go inside the building to buy drinks or use the bathroom.

So you fill up thinking the place is open when it's not.

Your staff member tonight was unacceptably rude and basically told me the sign is there my fault. Sure, but who doesn't fill the car before going inside?

Then the height of rudeness, she found great fun in a smug wave good by as I drove off - I just happened to catch that in the corner of my eye and pulled up and went back to the cashier's window to remind her - I'm a CUSTOMER!

Woolworths, here's your learnings from this allfull customer experience.

1. If the store and facilities are closed, put a sign on the pumps, so customer's can make fair decisions to buy or not.

2. Train your staff, that further antagonizing a customer with a smirked, arrogant wave as they leave is clearly not great for business.

3. Remind your staff, that without me (the customer) there's no need for staff.

I suspect this will never be responded too from Woolworths, but maybe the staff member I refer to gets to read this and understand she was less than a good company representative tonight.

Great little convenience store on the westbound side of the highway. Staff are bubbly and Friendly and the store is always is clean and tidy. Just beside McDonald's so its great for traveling families.
