A dead laptop, something a Computer Store should be able to fix. Right? Wrong, I had an unresponsive laptop for almost a month now. I thought of all the places they would be able to fix it but they didn't. A free consultation is all I received and though I am grateful for this and I rate it a star instead of half of one I am upset with the fact that I was lied to and told: "Sorry, there's nothing that we can do. Your mother board is fried but look at this list of laptops that you can purchase." Very disappointed in this place and would never return, so I sit writing this review on the laptop that is supposed to have a 'fried motherboard'.

Fixed within 1 hour and even fixed up some out of date software free of charge. They gave me an up front price which was very reasonable.
