I used these guys on a recommendation from a friend and they didn't disappoint. I borrowed a lens for a wedding and the service start to finish was superb. Quickly price matched via email and had the lens delivered the next day (via reasonably priced courier) in quality packaging and great shape.

They were even understanding when I forgot to put the hood back in on return and accepted it a day late. Will be using these guys again in future.

scheduled the hire of a lense earlier this week, for a shoot tomorrow, only to be advised 30 minutes prior to collection today the lense was not available as it had been 'double booked'. Sales person was unapologetic, abrasive and extremely rude and the manager was even worse. Camera Hire are unreliable and unprofessional and I would not recommend them for any of your photographic needs, we will never consider them again for anything as there are plenty of other hire services such as Sun Studios who provide a great all-round service with friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff!!!
