REMINDER Phase 1 selections for the 11 years development squad for 2019 are being held tomorrow 1 September at Minto. Players must pre-register (see website). Selections start at 9am. Allocation of numbers and warm-up from 8:30am.

You ladies have always been a pleasure to play against, you all have great sportsmanship and we couldn’t be more prouder of your great game yesterday congratulations on winning the premiership for 2018 and all the best for a great season in 2019 😁
We would also like to apologise as we were not aware that we were s...upposed to attend the presentation yesterday afternoon after our game, as some were not aware of it all, and some assumed that it was only the winners. This may have looked bad on our behalf and we apologise.”

It’s always great to hear positive comments after a grand final. Today we received the following message from Michelle Murhan, coach of Norths 15B side.
“Really wanted to share a wonderful sportsmanship story with you. For the last two years our teams have been neck and neck with a number of games either drawn or very close. They both play hard and very fair. Both coaches have worked hard to make netball a positive experience and focus for our 15yr olds. I'm so proud of this rivalry and especially of both teams respectful attitude to each other and the umpires. Wanted to share this photo of the teams minutes after a 1-goal difference in a grandfinal. Makes me one very proud coach!”

Another season is over. Thank you to all players, coaches, managers, umpires and spectators for a great season. Today some people enjoyed the thrill of a premiership whilst others came away with a runners-up badge. This photo illustrates how 2 members of the same family experienced these different emotions.

Congratulations to those teams that have made it through to the Grand Finals and good luck to you all.
Let's end this season in a blaze of colour. Support your team by asking family members and friends to come along and watch some quality netball. Don't forget to proudly show what club you are with by displaying balloons, coloured hair, ribbons, hats, streamers, banners and anything else that you can think off.
Let's turn Coronation Park into a sea of colour.

Tomorrow at Minto Netball Courts, Bluejays Netball Club will have Collection Tins going around the courts as well as placed at the Canteen and Office Windows.
We have the support of CDNA so spread the word and let’s dig deep to support our Local Farmers.
... All money raised through the collection tins goes to BUY A BALE and these bales all go to Farmers in our Local Wollondilly District.
