Campbelltown Private Hospital

Had a brilliant stay in the surgical ward; the staff were friendly, accommodating and had great senses of humour. I cannot really rate the food as I was on a clear fluids diet, however, I can confidently say I would go there again.

Been here several times and was pleased with the service of staff. Was checked on several times and notified when my doctor was ready for me. The waiting area is warm and comfortable too.

Best nurses and great help all way round and brand new facicilty makes it better. Even if staying overnight is very comfortable and very comfortable private suites

I came to the hospital to drop my form today at around 6pm. The receptionist lady with white hair was so rude. There was no customer there and she asked me to go back to the waiting queue sign whrn there was no client waiting to be served. This is what she said "can you see the sign". Well its not day time , obviously i cant see the sign. What even more upseting is she said "i am busy, you need to wait". She even complained that why i want to hand the form to her. Well i didnt even start to ask for anything. I was just standing there waiting to be served. Its not my fault of i cant see what was doing with her computer. She treated me, a client with anger, as if i was her enemy. Do i deserve this?. I believe there is always a better way to communicate with your customer. For example: please wait we will serve you soon???. Did I demand too much?. There is not even a "please" word in her sentence. I wonder if that is what the clients are supposed to treated at a modern and private hospital.
Fortunately, the other receptionist was kind enough to serve me.

I cannot thank the nursing staff enough for making my stay in hospital as comfortable as possible. The staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much too trouble for any of them.. Thank you again.

I can't shout the praises of the nursing team highly enough. I had my hip replaced in Jan 2017. I was extremely happy with the way the nursing staff looked after me. Everyone there was great and I never had to wait long for what I needed.

I just had surgery at Campbelltown Private in November 2016 and I found the hospital and staff to be exceptional. The hospital is located in such a beautiful section of Campbelltown. All the nurses were attentive and very caring. The views from the rooms are just gorgeous if you are facing the park. I would just like to make three friendly suggestions to staff and nurses to make the experience even better. The first is minor... it would be wonderful if they had some icy poles on hand to give to patients when needed. The other suggestion is that if a patient is located in room with a nice view of the park, then please be mindful not to move them to the opposite side of the hospital where it is dark, dreary and does not have a nice view. I was only in the hospital for 3 days but they moved me on the 2nd day to a room that was not even half as nice as the one I had with the great views of the park. Please be mindful that if you need to move patients, move them to a BETTER room, not a worse room. The 3rd suggestion is to please just be aware that the air conditioning in the hospital at night is ABSOLUTELY FREEEZZZZINNNNGGGG and to please just turn it down 1-2 degrees so that patients can live through the night without turning into human popsicles. I am absolutely all for air conditioning but it was just too strong at night. I begged them to turn it down and fortunately they granted my request. Other patients may not be as vocal as me so just a heads up to nurses and staff that if you see patients turning pale and icy cold through the night, maybe consider turning the air conditioning down a bit. In saying all that, my overall experience at this hospital was fantastic and I would not hesitate to go there again for any future procedure. Thank you to all the staff and nurses who made it enjoyable... it really means a lot and your job is very important. Keep up the great work!
