Meet our Head Chef, Dan Rocha. Dan is most inspired by seasonal ingredients and is always learning new cooking techniques. “I like to explore different methods like cooking over wood and charcoal” he says. His favourite dish here is the Wagyu Rump with sweet corn, shitake and garlic crumbs - he really loves the “nice smoky and sweet flavours from the sherry and corn.” Fun fact: Dan is one the of the coolest chefs we know, and he is also father to 3 cool cats named Felix, Ellie and Jasper. #meettheteam

Meet one of our Head Chefs, Carlos. Carlos’ favourite dish on our menu is the Charred Chicken - “it’s juicy and balanced spices go well with yoghurt and sesame... and goes down a treat with a glass of Cava”. Carlo’s fave city is Rio de Janeiro in Brasil mainly due to it’s delicious street food and cool city vibe. Fun fact: he builds model boats in his spare time! #meettheteam
