Sydney and surrounds has long needed a dedicated dog training facility that has capacity to host trainers from not only Australia but beyond.
Canine Education is close to my heart, as the founder and manager of one of the most dynamic Animal Welfare Charities in NSW, I have seen great dogs fail, and other dogs languish because their handlers didn't have the skills or knowledge to get the dog they wanted.
In a perfect world all dogs get to have great homes and while I no longer work in Animal Welfare, I do believe the smarter we train, the better we become at having great dogs.
Our mission is to help people and dogs get the training they need and provide a quality space for people to work with their dogs. We are excited to have our Agility Field under construction in May and our new equipment arriving in July. Over the next year we will have our indoor facility underway complete with lecture room. It is an exciting time!
We can coordinate indoor venue hire in the meantime locally and are hosting two workshops over the coming months, that have had a wonderful response.
Your event is important to us and we look forward to helping you have a fantastic clinic, including accommodation and catering.
Accommodation is available onsite with three double rooms and limited camping by application. You can come for a weekend and relax or come down and get some training in.
Dogs are my life. I first attended obedience classes in 1976 with my mixed breed dog, Tibby. We have lost count of the dogs we have fostered into their permanent homes, and we truly believe that every dog matters.
