Great range of used, demo and new vehicles. Staff are quite helpful but towards closing a deal they can be quite pushy. Was a bit of a turn off and decided to consult another dealership instead.

Excellent service from the second I walked in to purchase my car. Canterbury BMW helped me through each process of my purchase. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone who wishes to purchase a BMW.

Elvis(Sales) and Julie (Finance) were very helpful and friendly. One may take it granted at a BMW dealer. But it is not always happening. Some sales and finance specialists do not look after the customer once the customer makes payment. At least I felt they still look after me after I picked up a car. I found at the end that it was worth traveling and making a visit to the dealer--in fact, there was another BMW dealer closer to my place. Five stars would be given if there had not been a minor ongoing issue. If you consider BMW as your next vehicle, I recommend this dealer for sure.

My experiences at this shop is usually good, but we notice slightly change now. Last week I arrived at the shop but learn that my two guys I deal with usually have both left. Service used to be good also, but this time the mechanics did not twist the oil sump plug back in properly, causing my X5 to oil leak. such simple job yet this level of incompetence

Great customer service. Even if just browsing, they go out of their way. Always see you as a potential customer.

Useless service department. Brand new car go for first time service, full of problems happened.
The most terrible case...we spend money many times to change the parts they figure out, and the reports show in paperwork and their system. But this didn't solve the problem.Later the problem become more seriously closely related to life security!
We went for another service departments to check, the result is anything is lie, they never fix and change the new parts of car, just kept using the old one and made it worse than before, and then we will come back time by times to spend money.

Don't trust them and come for doing the service and fix!

When I first came and ask to buy a car, the service is beautiful and quick!
But once something happen, (and of course there are always something will happen with BMW) the services is very very bad. Not happy at all. Will never purchase anything from BMW again!!!

The service from this place is A1! 6 stars! I can't fault them in any way. Highly recommended if you're in the market for a new car you speak to these guys, because they'll most definitely look after you.
