Craig from CAPRICE plumbing was the first plumber to contact me after I posted my enquiry. He was respectful and spent a bit of time with me on the phone speaking about the job.

I received two other quotes but Craig was the cheapest and new what he was talking about so I gave the job to him.

He arrived at he agreed upon time to do the job, was very professional and cleaned up after himself.

He replaced the flushing mechanism on our two toilets and now they both work like new. Both my wife and I are much happier with the toilets working properly again.
