The lady at reception in the service area treated my sister like an idiot. Totaly rude! Once the small issue was finally fixed I got my car back with a huge dent in the drivers door. Like they slammed it into something while working on the car.
Not happy at all. I would avoid this place!

Stephen was the salesman excellent friendly service, so good in fact went back the following week and bought a second car 5 stars. Great cars.

1 star to much for this dealership, my wife purchased a top of the line i30 from Hyundai Cardiff where the airconditioner has not worked in summer since brand new after driving it around after about half hour, it had been taken back to Hyundai twice to be looked at and they can't seem to rectify the problem and continuously tell us that they couldn't get it to fault only to drive home that day and have air Cond cut out.
We have had several minor issues since buying the vehicle and when service team have been notified they tell us the parts have been ordered for next service only to tell us that the wrong parts were ordered so problems still not rectified and therefore having to arrange another day to take the vehicle to Newcastle to have these problems attended to which is a 2 hr trip for us.
And that's not all off it.
If you want a good car you can't go past Toyota any day of the week as there service is second to none and the cars are reliable. Don't make the mistake we did and buy a Hyundai from Cardiff hyundai
