When I picked up the car and before I drove away, Dave did a thorough job of showing me how everything worked. Even connected my iPhone via Bluetooth. Introduced to the folks at the service desk. Very impressed with the professionalism shown by all staff members I dealt with.

Yes Scott is a real sweetie. Decided to buy a Kia. He explained everything to me in a professional manner. I then changed my mind. He must have been inwardly cursing but he remained calm and accepted my decision. I shall recommend all my friends to buy their car here. However, they were the people who sent me there in the first place. Oh well.

Yesterday 20/10 I picked up my new Kia Picanto. The sales representative who attended to my sale was Lachlan. The sale was processed exactly on time everything that was agreed was completed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cardiff Kia for buying a new car. Lachlan was an excellent sales person friendly and helpful. I assume all of the sales people are trained to be professional at Cardiff Kia.

Great service and absolute respect for my wifes needs as a customer, Luke, Scott and Lachlan were very thorough in all aspects of the sale of our new Kia Cerato Hatch, from explaining model variances to liaising with our lease provider.
