Our family sent a Self- pack shipping container to Jakarta with Grant at Cargomaster, we were happy with the service ,Cargomaster did all the paperwork and the container was cleared in Jakarta straight away.

Delighted to recommend CargoMaster. They moved our personal and household contents from Darwin, Australia to Guinea in West Africa in a self pack container. Everything went perfectly and they were very professional, thankyou CargoMaster Team.

Our family relocated to Ireland in late March 2017 with a CargoMaster Container. The container arrived several days ago and we are very happy. CargoMaster was very professional, helpful and we would recommend them.

We used CargoMaster for a 40FT self pack container from Perth, Western Australia to the Port of Southampton in the United Kingdom. CargoMaster service was very good, and the container arrived on time as promised. CargoMaster handled all our shipping documentation and our Customs Broker cleared the container through UK Customs within 2 days. We are Very Happy with the Service we received from Grant and the Team at CargoMaster and can recommend them to everyone.

We moved our household personal effects in a 20ft container from Melbourne, Australia to Los Angeles in the USA. Our container was Customs cleared and delivered exactly as the service promised by CargoMaster.

The worst experience ever. Mr Grant did not send documents in time. Two people sent him emails asking for the BLN and it was received when the container arrived to destination. Now we need to pay AUD 17,000 because of his negligence. HE DOES NOT WANT TO PAY IT. We don't count with that money and therefore we cannot access to our container with the risk of being put in the "black list" .
We hired this company by the end of December, the container arrived in March. We sent Grant lots of emails HE NEVER REPLIED!!!!
We are going to report him and the company to the Ombusdan and Fair Trade. We are a family , we trusted in his services and we do not have our stuff, after two months waiting. We CANNOT ACCESS to our stuff. We called him today and HE DOES NOT WANT TO HEAR US. He hang up on us!!! He argues he does not receive our emails. These emails have been forwarded too to our agent in destination. ( He receives them)

Really AWFUL SERVICE . DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! Fraud!!!

I feel like a big idiot right now, firstly i would like to apologize to Grant for my post earlier today. I take everything i said back as i did not quite understand a few things and i'm so glad you cleared that up with me.

Other than that I have been very happy with the service you have provided us and how you dealt with my frustration today.

5 stars for good customer service and understanding.

The guy answering your phones is terrible to deal with and should not be people's first impression of your business. It's not worth my time to even pursue your company since I have just lost all confidence that you could do the job. The man is so rude. Tell him to quit if he doesn't want to do his job.

Highly recommend this company, sent a selfpacked container from Perth to port Chalmers was kept well informed and it arrived with no damage. A big thanks to grant and the team at cargomaster.
