Boasting a brand new modern look and feel! A 2 bedroom house with 1 bathroom and an open plan brand new kitchen, living room and dining room with Reverse-cycle air-conditioning in the living room to cool you down in the summer months.

The brand new modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances with a fridge, oven, electric stove top, microwave and dishwasher. There's a generous island bench for all your cooking needs, and a full range of cooking utensils, pots and pans, glassware and crockery.

A supply of coffee, teas, hot chocolate, sugar are available for your enjoyment. Various other essentials are available to get you started, such as dishwasher tablets, cleaning materials, toilet paper, kitchen towels, tea clothes, oils and spice rack. Linen, Towels and Beach Towels are not supplied.

The kitchen overlooks the open-plan dining and living area, and through to the rear deck fitted with a 4-burner BBQ for those amazing sunset dinners.

Carlana has ample off-street parking for 4 cars (or 3 cars and a boat), with the boat ramp only minutes down the road.

Great care has been taken to provide everything required to ensure that your stay is perfect. Stroll down to the calm waters of Paradise Beach or kick back in the backyard and watch the birds or lay under a tree to read a book.

The house sleeps only 4 adults, or a family with 2 – 3 children.
