They need to make it so in holidays it starts earlier for people to free lane swim

The reception lady was very helpful in assisting the transfer of 2 kids who were at Carlile Carlingford.
There're 2 swimming pools, a 25 meters and a smaller one for the little kids.
The supervisors look good and give clear guidance.
Parking isn't too much an issue on Sunday morning.

One of the receptionist of Cheerybrook is not friendly and help. Her attitude is very bad.

Good staff who are experienced and dedicated. Chlorine fumes are a bit overwhelming after long periods of time though. Only one shower in the men's room.

Overcrowded on weekday evenings, when it is open for public swimming. What they should advise on their website is that, really, there are only 2 lanes available out of the 8 (I think) because the rest are used by squads. Castle Hill RSL pool does this.

Disappointing to arrive, only to find each lane already has 4 people swimming in it, and the opening time for weekday evenings is only 2 hours. So much for public swimming.

Poor Coaching Staff - Even after my child failed thrice to move to the next level - there was no specific coaching to help the child improve

They just follow the drill - the coaches at best have just passed out of school - pathetic

Going to this pool was one of my worst experience I have ever had. Everybody can easily and directly jump in to the pool with outside shoes. I have never seen such a dirty and unsupervised pool. Meanwhile the depth of the pool (Max. 1.3 meters) is not suitable for adults at all but this issue is not mentioned at the website. on the whole I do not believe that it is a safe pool even for your kids.
