Carlingford Court Medical Centre

Misdiagnosed by two different "doctors" from this place. Had a few tests done and apperantly every thing was fine, when i had blood in my stool!!! I was even told to buy a paid app and follow a stupid diet. I had to get a third opinion from another doctor, obviously not from this medical centre! Showed the doctor the exact same test results and got diagnosed with crohn's disease after i was told to get a colonoscopy. If it was one doctor it would be understandable but two? Absolutely unacceptable.

Receptionist and doctors are usually really friendly particularly Dr Wijeratne who is super caring! Dr Selvi is great too. I did have the misfortune of having Dr Cecilia Fong today who was quite rude but this is the first time I have had a problem.

Had two visits this week, the first just walked in and was seeing by a doctor within 10 minutes, the second with an appointment and again, I was called in within 5 minutes of the booking time!
Dr Ahsan Madni is excellent, very thorough, a good listener and certainly very professional in his job. He took time to explain things to me and asked to see me again in a future visit to follow my recovery. Thank You doctor Madni! All in all, a very pleasant experience for me.

Loyal customer for almost a decade. Fantastic, efficient and helpful service from most of the staff every single time! There are one or two bad apples (but just avoid those doctors). Was so surprised to see so many complaints. I won't tell you who my doctor is because then I will struggle to get appointments!

I'm a well known patient at this medical centre, I have at times had to wait quite a long time but this happens. Yes people even doctors make errors how could that be? Their doctors LOL. Personally I think their are a lot of whinges out there and a little too precious. Get over yourselves. Your no more important than any one else got it? Probably not. Its a busy medical centre got that, maybe LOL. My care their has always been good. I'm happy to visit their when I need too. Nurses are great and show a lot of hands on care and skill. Front staff are lovely also so no issue for me.

I just had a second degree burn on my thigh with the size of about a business card and the nurse in this medical centre are so nice of taking care of my wound , I was so painful before I walk in to the centre. But went Leave the centre, the pain are almost gone and I did have a good sleep that night that I don't expect to have. Thank you so much and I do highly recommend this medical centre.

This medical centre is very busy and yet provides numerous great services. They have many nurses too, our favorite is Terese, she is by far the most educated, skilled and efficient of all, and we never have to wait too long when she is around , she is also hard to catch, sometimes have to wait 3 months for a womanly check up but we wait for her no matter what. All our family sees her for well woman screening and will always sees her in the future. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication, Terese.
