I'd like to share some simple steps for anyone seeking greater happiness, and to take a break from all the doom and gloom... about the environment, Sydney's congestions, the current state of politics, whatever bothers you, etc...

Share your wisdom and experiences with others, help them to the best of your ability, and be kind whenever possible; 6. Accept help with gratitude, but not be lazy in effort; 7. Work hard, smarter, and smile with all your achievements; 8. Tend to your failures and other's shortcomings with compassion; 9. Understand Karma; and 10. Seek professional help when the help of friends and family may not be enough.

Carlingford Dental Surgery will be closed from Monday 11th April 2016 to Monday 25th April 2016.
For those supporting the ANZAC Day March this year, please note that the March will run down Elizabeth Street, instead of the usual George Street, due to the construction of a tram line in George Street.
