I went too slow washing the car and ran out of time - I though there should be a sign, which there was but I only saw after I ran out. Maybe the sign should be bigger

If i could give this place 0 stars i wouldn't hesitate, i have been washing my car here for many months now and have spent well over 300 dollars. Tonight i went there as usual for a quick wash and was brutally abused by the OWNER...just for using a microfiber towel to rub the soap around...which i bought from their vending machines, i understand there is no bucket washing or chamois drying aloud which i have never done in the washbays.... i just tend to use a soft cloth in loo of the brush as its bristles are old and scratch your clear coat...so in theory i was not bucket washing or was i chamois drying, yet i stil get instantly called a f*ckwit and threatned, inches from my face. After speaking to newcastle police they confirmed that he is a "d*ckhead".

Never going back here again, i hope your business politely crumbles you arrogant oxygen wasting pr*ck.
