I've lived and worked globally across four different countries over the past 22 years. I have international experience and exposure. One thing I pride myself on is resilience. The power to persevere both personally and professionally. I've worked for large corporate brands, governments, NGOs and SMEs. Each time I've made invaluable contributions. One of the true tests of my expertise was reviving small businesses (with no budget) that were dormant and dead, taking them from making nil sales & revenue, to earning over $250, 000 annually and sustainably, still thriving today. Why Carmelita: My second name and a name I treasure. Named after my aunt who was named by my late grandma, Mama. Hence a connection to my dearest Mama. My Mama taught me thrift and industry, and instilled in me a desire to be independent and self-sufficient. She championed education, looking after yourself physically, spiritually and financially. Something I've always thrived on (e. g. topping my major at university; my previous $1. 3 million property portfolio in Sydney, Australia) and now channeling these lessons into my own business to help others - particularly South Pacific SMEs including vulnerable women and girls.
