DISPICABLE. First of all, they gave me a key to an OCCUPIED room. Where I have access to a random person's belongings. I called the owner and he just said "oh i guess I've given you the wrong key, I'll send someone to fix it". No apology. The man who brought us the correct key was in a dirty singlet and shorts, no shoes, didn't even introduce himself. Was he even an employee? Who knows. The sheets were RIDDEN with holes and eaten by moths. Did they even notice when the changed the sheets? Perhaps they don't change them at all! Aweful night sleep with noisy neighbours playing music. No shampoo/conditioner provided. The next morning I was greeted to another confused woman WHO WAS GIVEN THE KEY TO OUR ROOM! Unorganized, unapologetic, unclean. I've had better experiences at backpackers'.

don't go there

Poor costumer service, unclean bathroom and dirty kitchen. Just poor service!!!
