The most shocking customer service experience EVER!. Got to the shop at 8:30 AM no one there - expected the shop is to open at 9 AM. 8:45 AM no one there, 9 AM no one there. 9:05 AM the lady strolls to the store and I said "its 9:05 AM you are meant to be open ready for me to buy, I asked if they had sunflowers she said yes let me get them from the back. She came out 10 mins later with 2 trolleys and said if I would like to buy a box or bouquet and I said where are the sunflowers, she said she would need to check the back.... I said yes go check the back that is what i asked for. She came back with Daisy's!!! I just walked out. It was seriously unbelievable don't even bother going here. Don't even bother waiting.

They're a hit and miss, depending on what staff member is working on the day I think. Got one large bouquet and 3 smaller ones made up on the spot about a year ago. They were beautiful and required minimal instructions and description of what I was after. Had called a few days earlier, got great advice and customer service over the phone too. Had a good impression, went to get a similar bouquet as last time with same description but this other staff member had no clue. Ended up with a sorry looking bunch I had to redo at home. Unfortunate experience the 2nd time around despite clueless staff member being polite the whole time.

VERY DISSAPOINTING - OLD FLOWERS, DID NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY, WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN, AND THEY WERENT EVEN CHEAP. THEY WERE FOR A WEDDING DIED WITHIN 2 HOURS OF DELIVERY.

Can't believe how bad the service it was! Promised it would deliver in that day and they were not ready at all. And they deliver 2 days later when we were outside. Then they just left it at the entry of our apartment building.

Don't ever spend one penny on this shop. The only thing you can get is regret. Don't want to mention how dissatisfied the experience was, which has ruined the anniversary day of my girlfriend and I.

Went there on the 15th of August 2016 to have flowers and cake delivered to a friend of mine at her workplace on the 16th. I came prepared, it was easily arranged, very helpful people, got a text the next day to confirm the delivery. My friend showed off at work and 'couldn't stop smiling'... I hereby recommend these people for a job well done.

I ordered the spring sparkle flowers on valentines day for my girlfriend from this store. I specifically called and told them to bring the flowers at 9:00am to her apartment because she was to start work at 10am and couldn't take them home from work because she was finishing work at midnight that day. The flowers came an hour and a half late and she had already left to work so the building manager picked them up. She didn't see them until after midnight and the daisies were definitely not fresh at all (half of them were already losing their colour). There were so many substitutes there, they looked nothing like the photo and did not include flowers that were mentioned over the phone. I also ordered roses chocolates which never arrived, and after calling to complain about them, he insisted that they did. Also, they barely ever answered the phone when i kept calling to make sure they delivered them in the morning and the customer service over the phone is not great at all. The flowers completely died after about 3 days.
